Pellissippi State Magnolia Avenue Campus

Pellissippi State Community College's Magnolia Avenue Campus was located in a 1950s high school that needed replacement windows, an ADA ramp and new canopies over two front doors. BarberMcMurry maximized the architectural impact of the utilitarian project.

We developed a window pattern in a technical theme, reflecting the nature of the college's education, and carried over the pattern to site lighting and entry canopy details. The effect is sleek and modern, effectively transforming the facade of the campus to reflect the college's high-tech and high-energy identity.
