The Natalie L. Haslam Music Center at the University of Tennessee has been awarded LEED Silver by the U.S. Green Building Council and verified by the Green Building Certification Institute. 

The Music Center achieved LEED Silver certification for implementing sustainable strategies and solutions aimed at attaining high performance in energy efficiency, water savings, material selection, and indoor environmental quality. By using less energy and water, LEED certified buildings save money; reduce greenhouse gas emissions; and contribute to a healthier environment for everyone.
