Heather’s background in PR, marketing, technical writing and journalism gives her a unique perspective as a communications professional. She loves translating BarberMcMurry's passion for design into articulate storytelling, and finding opportunities for the BMA Team to give back to the community. Beck has won multiple communications awards, including the Volunteer Chapter PRSA’s Harvey I. Cobert Award of Excellence — its highest honor besides the Lifetime Achievement Award. She and her husband, Josh, live with their three rescue dogs in Hardin Valley, where they practice regenerative agriculture in a garden that gets bigger every year.
