Megan’s focus during her advanced degree studies revolved around sustainability and design technology. Megan is responsible for maintaining our BIM office standards and ensuring everyone uses technology at the highest level.
Her role is to implement a BIM Execution Plan to manage modeling expectations among all disciplines. During Design Development and Construction Documents, she will perform nine separate “clash detections” in Navisworks which identifies discipline collisions before they become issues in the field. The result is a well-coordinated set of construction documents that immensely reduces the number of in-field challenges and change orders.
